Our Sales Policy
Please read this before making a purchase!
Purchases: I am willing to ship rabbits; e-mail me only with serious inquries. I can meet you at a rabbit show that I am attending; see our Show Page. Rabbits can be transported through other breeders travels. They have been helpful to me and others in the past. Due to the involvement in this many charge $10-25 per hole to transport an animal. This is reasonable for all factors involved. All rabbits labeled "reserved" are usually babies that have a near positive home upon 8 weeks. All rabbits labeled "on hold" have a deposit down on them, however check back as the sale could fall through. All rabbits labeled "sale pending", are rabbits that have a confirmed sale and are waiting to be picked up. And of course, all rabbits labeled "sold" are sold; the animal has left my property.
General pricing is as follows:
Brood: $50 + Show: $75 +
(price of brood & show quality animals will depend on # of litters/success, show winnings and more). I give discounts to YOUTH and 4-H MEMBERS.
Payment: People I am meeting in person, I will accept cash or check. People that I do not meet, I ask of a check (which will be cleared first) money order or wire transfer. I require a 50% deposit towards the animal or total of the sale, to hold any rabbit for a length of time. This must be recieved within one week of you contacting me. I will refund your deposit if I cancel a sale or something happens to the animal(s) during the time it is on hold. If you back out of the sale, remember the deposit is non-refundable. I hold the right to cancel a sale prior to its completion for any reason, or as a breeder, I have the right to refuse a sale to you for any reason fit. Do not take it personally, but sometimes I do not feel like deailing with certain breeders or buyers. All rabbits being transported, not by me, will be paid before hand and pedigrees will be sent through the mail. Our feed and water will be provided. I cannot control anything after they leave my hands, but I do my best to put them in good hands.
Guarantee: Every for sale rabbit has a label. Any show rabbit will not have a disqualification, or any permanent defect. A brood/stud animal may or may not have a DQ that does not affect its ability to breed or produce show quality stock (for example, overweight or a white spot or toenail). If the rabbit dies of reasonable causes within a week (which has never happened) I am willing to replace it with a rabbit of equal quality. I cannot and will not guarntee the success of an animal after it leaves my barn.
